Good progress is being made at Wolfgar Barn, a timber framed cattle barn, approximately 15 years old on the northern border of Dartmoor National Park, which has Class Q permitted development for conversion to a 4-bedroom house.
The internal layout for this barn-to-dwelling conversion is taking shape. High thermal performance will be achieved with the use of reflective insulation to the roof and external walls. A new septic tank and gas tank are also currently being installed, with the steel frame windows soon to be delivered.
