Tiverton Town Hall, Devon A Grade II* building and was built in 1864. The Town Council required a programme of comprehensive refurbishment inside and out including improvement to accessibility by the addition of a lift, new male and female disabled toilets, access to the ground floor offices and Citizens Advice Bureau, a modern servery area and improved access to the Council Chamber by the reduction of the floor level.Jonathan Rhind Architects oversaw the project from its inception and assisted Council Members in the interior design of the new facilities, to completion, on time and within budget, at the end of December 2006.
