Interesting, rewarding and varied work!

We are seeking a technician with experience in or with an interest in work on historic buildings and bespoke private houses.

Applicants should be proficient in 2D CAD programmes, ideally Vectorworks. An ability to work in 3D would be advantageous (ie; SketchUp, Vectorworks) for concept modelling. Applicants should have knowledge of planning and building regulations and be effective at working drawing packages and work schedules. The successful candidate will be a self motivated, imaginative and able to work to deadlines. Ideally CIAT registered or willing to work with us toward accreditation.

Own car required. The position will be based at our Barnstaple office, but you would be expected to travel to sites/projects etc. .
